Mitchell Machine, Inc. of Springfield, Mass. has entered into an agreement with Magnat Machine Tech, Inc. of Florence, Mass. (since 1947) to assume their technological assets, intellect and experienced personnel.  We continue to move forward and build their product-line which consists of precision engineered machinery for the coating, laminating, printing, and converting processes of the paper industry. This sophisticated machinery has been purchased by numerous national paper manufacturers. Mitchell Machine, Inc. will maintain the existing machinery already in service, as well as offering new and modified products.
